Softball Recap: Antioch Comes Up Short

Antioch lost against Overton back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bears lost 15-4 to the Bobcats. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Antioch's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Overton, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Antioch will face off against University School of Nashville at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Overton, they will square off against McGavock at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Bobcats surely won't give up without a fight.
