Basketball Recap: Cuero Takes a Loss

Cuero had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Almeta Crawford Chargers, falling 76-40.

Almeta Crawford has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Brazos the next time they take the court. Almeta Crawford will head out to face Brazos at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Cuero will head out to face them at 10:15 a.m. on Friday.
