Baseball Game Preview: Heritage Hills Patriots vs. Forest Park Rangers

Heritage Hills is 2-7 against Forest Park since May of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Patriots will welcome the Rangers at 5:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Forest Park will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Heritage Hills extended their winning streak to three on Wednesday. The Patriots walked away with an 11-6 win over Evansville Reitz.

The team relied heavily on Peyton Gray, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Andersen Smith, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Meanwhile, Forest Park earned an 11-6 victory over South Spencer on Tuesday. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Rebels recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
