Basketball Recap: Lecanto Wins Going Away Against Central + How To Watch

Lecanto won the last time they faced Central and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers took down the Bears 47-29. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Kasidee Florio was the offensive standout of the game as she posted 16 points and seven steals. Those seven steals gave her a new career-high. Carly McAboy was another key player, putting up six points and five steals.

Lecanto has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Lecanto will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Leesburg at 7:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 46-28 loss against Weeki Wachee on the 21st.
