Volleyball Recap: Seguin Takes a Loss

The Seguin Matadors came up short against the McKinney Lions on Friday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Madison Jones, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six contests.

Seguin has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for McKinney, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Seguin has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Iowa Colony on the 15th. As for McKinney, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Summer Creek on the 15th.
