Baseball Game Preview: Turner Trojans vs. Brodhead/Juda Cardinals

Turner is 8-1 against Brodhead/Juda since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans are taking a road trip to square off against the Cardinals at 4:45 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Turner has eight straight victories, Brodhead/Juda has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Thursday, Turner got the win against Evansville by a conclusive 9-2. Considering the Trojans have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Brodhead/Juda fell victim to Jefferson and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 11-0 to the Eagles.

Brodhead/Juda saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Masloske, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Brodhead/Juda's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Turner, they pushed their record up to 17-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.
