Softball Recap: Century Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Century's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 24-14 margin over the Bolsa Grande Matadors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-9 on April 4th.

Century pushed their record up to 7-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.3 runs over those games. As for Bolsa Grande, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

Century will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Matadors: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
