Softball Preview: Roosevelt Presidents vs. Rondout Valley Ganders

The Roosevelt Presidents will head out on the road to face off against the Rondout Valley Ganders at 4:15 p.m. Roosevelt will be strutting in after a victory while Rondout Valley will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Roosevelt beat Wallkill 8-3. That five run margin sets a new team best for Roosevelt this season.

Kayla Baez was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. Baez was also big at the plate, going 5-for-5 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs.
