Soccer Game Preview: Marlin vs. Meyer

The Marlin Bulldogs will challenge the Meyer Ravens at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Marlin managed to keep up with Lorena until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Leopards.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Meyer was not quite Robinson's equal in the second half on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockets. While losing is never fun, Meyer can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 697th, while Robinson are ranked 129th).

Marlin now has a losing record of 4-5-2. As for Meyer, they now also have a losing record of 4-5-2.
