Volleyball Game Preview: Shaker Bison vs. Niskayuna Silver Warriors

The Shaker Bison will face off against the Niskayuna Silver Warriors at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Shaker came up short against Columbia on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bison haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-18, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Niskayuna came up short against Mount Academy on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Niskayuna's loss dropped their record down to 4-9-1. As for Shaker, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Shaker came out on top in a nail-biter against Niskayuna when the teams last played back in September of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Bison repeat their success, or do the Silver Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
