Basketball Recap: Vista PEAK Prep Comes Up Short

Vista PEAK Prep lost against Northfield back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vista PEAK Prep Bison lost to the Northfield Nighthawks at home by a 73-57 margin.

Alex Ensor was his usual excellent self, putting up 17 points in addition to eight assists and six boards for Northfield. Those eight assists gave Ensor a new career-high. Judah Michael was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Vista PEAK Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Northfield, their win bumped their record up to 12-6.

Looking ahead, Vista PEAK Prep is taking a road trip to square off against George Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Vista PEAK Prep's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matches. As for Northfield, they and Denver South will meet in a classic North v. South matchup at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
