Softball Recap: Wooster Comes Up Short

Wooster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the South Tahoe Vikings, falling 19-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-1 on April 2nd.

Wooster's loss dropped their record down to 0-18. As for South Tahoe, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Vikings beat Wooster by a score of 15-0 later that day.
