Luther Prep has gone a perfect 5-0 against Manitowoc Lutheran recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Phoenix will face off against the Lancers at 9:00 a.m. Luther Prep will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Luther Prep will bounce into Saturday's contest after beating Living Word Lutheran, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Phoenix walked away with a 3-1 win over the Timberwolves on Thursday.

Luther Prep walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-12, 16-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran made easy work of Kohler on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Blue Bombers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-4.

Luther Prep's record now sits at 17-2. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, their record is now 15-6.

Luther Prep beat Manitowoc Lutheran 2-0 in their previous meeting back in September of 2019. Will the Phoenix repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
