Basketball Recap: LEE Volunteers vs. Clark Cougars
LEE was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a blow against the Clark Cougars, falling 62-31. While losing is never fun, the Volunteers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 755th, while the Cougars are ranked 83rd).
Jaden Flemons was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 28 points and ten steals for Clark. Those 28 points gave Flemons a new career-high. Andrew Vidouria was another key player, putting up ten points and three steals.
