Basketball Recap: Highland Park Comes Up Short

Highland Park lost against Tartan back in January of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Highland Park Scots were dealt a 75-33 defeat at the hands of the Tartan Titans. The matchup marked the Scots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Highland Park's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-4. As for Tartan, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland Park will be home for the holidays to greet Simley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tartan, they will welcome Roseville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Roseville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Tartan likes a good challenge.
