Recap: Hereford Whitefaces vs. Randall Raiders
The Hereford Whitefaces fought the good fight in their overtime contest against the Randall Raiders on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 27-20 to the Raiders. Hereford was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Randall apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Despite the loss, Hereford still got an impressive performance from Kalub Ramirez, who threw for 247 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Tryston Sanchez looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 133 yards and two touchdowns. Dylan Ray and his 89 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Randall's victory.
Hereford has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-3 record this season. As for Randall, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
Hereford will be playing at home against Dumas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Randall does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
