The team also got some help courtesy of Akeelah Davis, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 57 points the game before, The Master's Academy were a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 42-21 walloping at the hands of Thomas Jefferson. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points The Master's Academy has scored all season.
Pinnacle Classical Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for The Master's Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
Pinnacle Classical Academy beat The Master's Academy 48-38 in their previous meeting on December 4th. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was The Master's Academy's Faith Yelton, who scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
