Hiawatha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-0 to the Serena Huskers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Monday.

Hiawatha saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mariah Langley, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That stolen base was Langley's first of the season.

Hiawatha's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Serena, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Hiawatha will face off against Orangeville at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Serena, they will take on Indian Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Huskers are facing the Timberwolves at the right time seeing as the Timberwolves are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
