Northridge made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Roy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Northridge Knights put the hurt on the Roy Royals with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 5-2 win the Royals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The victory got Northridge back to even at 1-1. As for Roy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Northridge will be playing in front of their home fans against Viewmont at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Roy, they will head out on the road to square off against Box Elder at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Roy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
