L'Anse won against Dollar Bay last Thursday with 66 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The L'Anse Purple Hornets beat the Dollar Bay Bays by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 66-21. The Purple Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 32 points or more this season.

The victory (which was L'Anse's third in a row) raised their record to 11-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.0 points over those games. As for Dollar Bay, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, L'Anse will venture away from home to face off against Lake Linden-Hubbell at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. L'Anse has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 204 points over their last three matches. As for Dollar Bay, they will challenge Watersmeet at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
