Volleyball Recap: Layton Triumphs

Layton won the last time they faced West Field and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lancers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Longhorns.

Layton walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-12, 13-25, 25-21.

The win got Layton back to even at 2-2. As for West Field, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Layton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Fremont on the 21st. As for West Field, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Crimson Cliffs on the 22nd.
