Dighton had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 32-point drubbing they dealt Wichita County on Tuesday. The Dighton Hornets blew past the Wichita County Indians 70-38. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 26 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Daniel Cramer, who went 11 of 17 en route to 30 points and six steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last five games he's played. Noah Roemer was another key player, dropping a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards.

Dighton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in ten consecutive games.

Dighton pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Wichita County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Coming up, Dighton will be playing at home against Brewster on Tuesday. As for Wichita County, they will head out on the road to challenge Stanton County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Stanton County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.9 points per game this season.
