Randolph-Clay and Wilcox County squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Randolph-Clay had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 75-45 loss at the hands of the Wilcox County Patriots. The Red Devils' loss signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

It was another big night for Zariah Martin, who went 11-for-27 on her way to 26 points in addition to seven steals and six rebounds for Wilcox County. Martin has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 29 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Tyliah Benjamin, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 17 boards.

Randolph-Clay's defeat dropped their record down to 23-7. As for Wilcox County, their win was their 12th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-1.

Randolph-Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wilcox County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 75-47 victory against Screven County on the 28th.
