Center Hill has gone 8-2 against Lake Cormorant recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Center Hill will welcome Lake Cormorant at 7:00 p.m. Center Hill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

On Saturday, Center Hill came up short against Ripley and fell 10-6.

JaMaryon Warren was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in February. Cooper McCool was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Warren wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Center Hill kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Lake Cormorant fell victim to Lafayette and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Commodores, falling 6-0. Lake Cormorant just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.

Lake Cormorant saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Collins, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Center Hill now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Lake Cormorant, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Center Hill came out on top in a nail-biter against Lake Cormorant when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 3-1. Will Center Hill repeat their success, or does Lake Cormorant has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
