Yreka's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Lassen Grizzlies 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 2nd.

While Yreka won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-19.

When it comes to explaining why Lassen lost, don't look at Patricia Carvalho. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs and two aces. Amelia Molina was another key player, getting 18 digs.

Yreka pushed their record up to 17-16 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Lassen, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.
