Basketball Recap: Southern Lehigh Wins Going Away Against Palisades

A well-balanced attack led Southern Lehigh over Palisades in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Everything went the Southern Lehigh Spartans' way against the Palisades Pirates as the Southern Lehigh Spartans made off with a 51-25 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 65-35 on January 7th.

Palisades lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Will Anderson, who posted six points and five boards. Lincoln Cook was another key player, putting up eight points.

Southern Lehigh's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Palisades, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.

Southern Lehigh has already played their next match (against Salisbury Township), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Palisades won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Brandywine Heights Area at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
