Basketball Game Preview: Franklin Heights Falcons vs. Bishop Ready Silver Knights

Franklin Heights hasn't had much luck against Bishop Ready recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Franklin Heights Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bishop Ready Silver Knights at 7:00 p.m. Bishop Ready took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Franklin Heights, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Franklin Heights strolled past Bishop Rosecrans with points to spare, taking the game 42-28.

Meanwhile, Bishop Ready ended up a good deal behind Worthington Kilbourne on Friday and lost 44-29. While losing is never fun, the Silver Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 511th, while the Wolves are ranked 151st).

Bishop Ready has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Franklin Heights, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Franklin Heights was taken down by Bishop Ready 57-25 in their previous meeting back in February of 2022. Can Franklin Heights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
