It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Abingdon/Avon had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Elmwood Trojans by a score of 53-42. The win was nothing new for the Tornadoes as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Abingdon/Avon's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-12. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points over those games. As for Elmwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-15.
