Soccer Recap: East Carteret Takes a Loss

If East Carteret was riding high fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Pamlico County last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mariners lost 4-0 to the Lejeune Devilpups on Monday. The loss continues a trend for East Carteret in their meetings with Lejeune: they've now lost six in a row.

East Carteret's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Lejeune, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 15-0-1.
