Basketball Recap: South Medford Comes Up Short

South Medford saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 62-53 to the Eureka Loggers.

Eureka's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ryder Mitchell, who posted 15 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Will Mooney, who had 15 points.

South Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Eureka, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

South Medford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 60-58 victory against McKinleyville on the 13th. As for Eureka, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 51-40 loss against Montgomery on the 13th.
