Soccer Recap: Campbell Proves Higher State Rank Is No Mistake

Campbell kept a clean sheet against White Mountains on Monday. They came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Campbell's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked eighth, while White Mountains is ranked 43rd).

Campbell's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for White Mountains, they dropped their record down to 4-7-2 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Campbell is set to face off against their familiar foe Raymond at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Campbell 0.4, Raymond 0) so any goals scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, White Mountains will challenge rival Derryfield at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
