Softball Recap: Lone Peak Victorious

Lone Peak's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the San Juan Broncos by a score of 4-1.

Maci Koch and Sophie Barnes did most of the damage at the plate: Koch scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3, while Barnes scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave Barnes a new career-high. Madisen Barnes also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Lone Peak now has a winning record of 3-2. As for San Juan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Lone Peak has already played their next contest, a 12-2 defeat against South Summit on the 15th. As for San Juan, they will take on Miyamura in a tournament on Friday.
