Holt let St. Johns stack five runs on them in the fifth inning on Monday but luckily Holt prevailed anyway. The Rams won by a run and slipped past the Redwings 9-8. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Redwings on Monday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Holt is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.9 runs on average over those games. As for St. Johns, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Holt will square off against Haslett at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Johns, they will venture away from home to challenge Eastern at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Quakers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15 runs per game on average), something the Redwings will no doubt try to take advantage of.
