Basketball Recap: Erie-Mason Takes a Loss

Erie-Mason was the 69-26 winner over Advanced Tech Academy when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Erie-Mason Eagles lost 65-44 to the Advanced Tech Academy Lakers on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Lakers are ranked 192nd).

Erie-Mason now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Advanced Tech Academy, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-3.

Coming up, Erie-Mason will face off against Clinton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Erie-Mason is facing Clinton at the right time seeing as Clinton is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Advanced Tech Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
