Softball Recap: Fillmore Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fillmore can now relate to. They came up short against the Westminster Lions on Saturday, falling 14-8.

Fillmore's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Westminster, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season.

Fillmore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westminster, they have already played their next match, a 9-7 victory against El Monte on the 21st.
