Basketball Recap: Seaside Victorious

Seaside won the last time they faced St. Helens and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Seaside Seagulls escaped with a win against the St. Helens Lions by the margin of a single free throw, 43-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Seagulls.

Seaside has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-9 record this season. As for St. Helens, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Seaside will be playing at home against Tillamook at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Seaside is facing Tillamook at the right time seeing as Tillamook is stuck on a three-game losing streak. St. Helens has already played their next match (against Astoria), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
