Volleyball Game Preview: Aspen Skiers vs. Vail Christian Saints + How To Watch

The Aspen Skiers will venture away from home to face off against the Vail Christian Saints at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Aspen came up short against Gunnison and fell 3-1. The Skiers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Gunnison scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 25-18, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Vail Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Soroco on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The Saints haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 21-25, 25-13, 25-16.

Vail Christian's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Aspen, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-4.

Aspen was able to grind out a solid victory over Vail Christian in their previous meeting back in September, winning 2-0. Do the Skiers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Saints turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
