Flag Football Game Preview: Denver East Angels vs. Rangeview Raiders

The Denver East Angels will square off against the Rangeview Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Denver East's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Denver South on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ravens, falling 20-0. While losing is never fun, the Angels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado flag football rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Ravens are ranked sixth).

Meanwhile, Rangeview had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 32-7 win. The Raiders not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 28th (when they won 40-6).

Denver East dropped their record down to 3-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Rangeview, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
