Softball Game Preview: South East Jaguars vs. Bell Eagles

The South East Jaguars will challenge the Bell Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, South East was able to grind out a solid win over Bell, taking the game 9-4.

Iliana Dominguez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up four earned runs off eight hits. Those hits were her first of the season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while going 4-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ruby Gonzalez, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Ramirez, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double.

South East was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

The victory got South East back to even at 2-2. As for Bell, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
