Forest entered their tilt with Meadowbrook Academy on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mustangs.

Forest found their leader in sophomore Addison Owens, who had 20 digs and one assist. Ellie Clymer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Forest was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in seven consecutive matches.

When it comes to explaining why Meadowbrook Academy lost, don't look at IVA FEARON. Despite the final result, she had 22 assists and ten digs. FEARON is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

Forest's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Meadowbrook Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Forest will take on Trinity Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Meadowbrook Academy, they will take on St. John Lutheran in a tournament on Saturday.
