Basketball Recap: Lincoln Finds Home Court Redemption Against Natoma

There's no place like home for Lincoln, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Natoma Tigers by a score of 34-24 on Friday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 43-30 last Friday.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lucy Alexander, who posted eight points. Emma Lams was another key player, putting up four points and seven rebounds.

Lincoln is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.2 points per game. As for Natoma, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-11 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln has already played their next game (against Stockton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
