Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Calvary Christian had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Heritage Academy Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Calvary Christian took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-8, 25-12.

Calvary Christian's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Heritage Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian will venture away from home to face off against Newport Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Heritage Academy, they will head out to challenge Cornerstone Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
