Football Game Preview: Cascade Christian Cougars vs. Klahowya Eagles + How To Watch

Cascade Christian is a perfect 8-0 against Klahowya since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Cougars will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Cascade Christian will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

Cascade Christian had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 36-point drubbing they dealt Annie Wright on Saturday. The Cougars simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Gators 42-6. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 36 points or more this season.

Cascade Christian found their leader in sophomore Donovan Walson, who rushed for 242 yards and a pair of TDs on only 14 carries. Those 242 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Walson. Chace Jenkins was another key player, picking up 128 receiving yards and two scores.

Cascade Christian didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Annie Wright to a completion percentage of just 47.1%. The last time the Cougars' completion percentage was this high was back in October of 2024.

Cascade Christian's defense didn't let Eli Weir, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Walson, Asher Floyd, and Kellen Fettermann, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Klahowya). They blew past Vashon Island 42-0 on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Cascade Christian's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Klahowya, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.
