Evanston hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They claimed a resounding 55-23 win over the Brooks Eagles. Given the Wildkits' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 191st, while the Eagles are ranked 464th), the result on Thursday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Evanston's victory bumped their record up to 11-19. As for Brooks, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8.

As of now, neither Evanston nor Brooks have any future games scheduled.
