Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Del Rio). They never let the United South Panthers get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Saturday. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while the Panthers are ranked 341st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Del Rio is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those ten matchups. United South has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.
