Upsala is 6-1 against Braham since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Upsala Cardinals will look to defend their home court against the Braham Bombers at 5:45 p.m. Upsala knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Braham likes a good challenge.
If Upsala beats Braham with 75 points on Friday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. Upsala breezed by Ogilvie to the tune of 75-18 two weeks ago. The Cardinals' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

It was another big night for Jack Primus, who went 10 of 14 on his way to 21 points along with six assists and six boards. His evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Samuel Laliberte, who posted nine points and four steals.
Upsala smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 35 consecutive games dating back to last season.
Braham has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. The match between them and Barnum didn't end well, with Braham falling 91-72.
Upsala will have to contain Tyler Eklund as he made an impact in Braham's last game. He shot 6-for-10 from long range and dropped a double-double on 36 points and ten boards. Eklund is crushing it when it comes to points: he's scored at least 19 every time he's taken the court this season. Tanner Doble was another key player, putting up 17 points and five rebounds.
Braham's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Upsala, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Upsala has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 33.3 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Braham struggles in that department as they've been averaging 43.6 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Everything went Upsala's way against Braham in their previous matchup back in March, as Upsala made off with a 74-54 win. Does Upsala have another victory up their sleeve, or will Braham turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
