Sho-Ban waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 42-35 victory over the Taylor's Crossing Eagles. This was payback for the Chiefs, who suffered a 55-52 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Taylor's Crossing's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexis Ellis, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. Ellis also grabbed eight steals, which is notable because Taylor's Crossing is 4-1 when she posts at least five steals, but 2-4 otherwise. Reagan Smith was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to nine steals and six rebounds.

Sho-Ban has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Taylor's Crossing, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Sho-Ban has already played their next matchup (against Rockland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
