Basketball Game Preview: Bellevue Redmen vs. Columbian Tornadoes

The Bellevue Redmen will venture away from home to square off against the Columbian Tornadoes at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Bellevue has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight losses, while Columbian will come in with four straight wins.

On Wednesday, Bellevue lost to Crestview on the road by a 52-36 margin.

Meanwhile, Columbian beat Perkins 57-47 on Wednesday.

Columbian has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Bellevue, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.

Everything came up roses for Bellevue against Columbian in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 66-39 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bellevue since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
