            It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lovett can now relate to. They took a hard  73-54 fall against the Mount Paran Christian Eagles on Saturday.

 Lovett lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Cameron Cannon, who  on his way to 19 points. His evening made it four games in a row in which  he has scored at least 16 points.  Landyn Murphy was another key player,  to rack up 14  points.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mount Paran Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jt Scott, who  en route to 19 points. Another player making a difference was  Shane Goines, who  on his way to 16  points and five  boards.
Lovett dropped their record down to 17-12 with the  defeat, which was their fifth straight  on the road. As for Mount Paran Christian, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-13 record  this season.
 Lovett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Paran Christian, they will challenge Paideia on Wednesday. Mount Paran Christian knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 contests -- so hopefully Paideia likes a good challenge.
