Basketball Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Patrick can now relate to. They took a hard 64-46 fall against the Noxubee County Tigers on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Fighting Irish have lost by exactly 18 points.

St. Patrick has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-20 record this season. As for Noxubee County, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.

St. Patrick does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Noxubee County, they will square off against South Pike at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Pike will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Noxubee County surely won't give up without a fight.
